1855 – 1856 Valuations of Land and Buildings

These documents dated 20th August 1855 show the valuation by an Assessor of the Burgh of Aberdeen Land and Heritages Valuation Office for a house at 85 Causewayend in Aberdeen and the works at Hutcheon Street in Aberdeen.

A hand-written note details the original Hutcheon Street square and separately the ‘square as now built” with its fire proof building. Improvements meant the estimated value had increased from £2850 to £5850.
