ASSAULTING A WORKMAN
Alexander michie (18), Alexander Wright (15), and James Edward (14), employees of Messrs Elrick & Co., Aberdeen, where examined at the close of the Police Court this morning on a charge of having assaulted a comb-cutter in the employment of Messrs Stewart, Rowell, Stewart & Co., Who had refused to come out on strike. after emitting a declaration, they were committed, pending further investigation. it is alleged that the lads had followed the workman along Hutchin Street and Mount Street, using abusive language towards some and throwing missiles at him.
