There will be exposed for sale, by Public Roup, with the Office of Mr Peter Clark, Advocate, 53 Union Street, Aberdeen, on Friday, the 18th day of August, 1882, at Two o’clock afternoon.
The large and commodious house, No 13 Mount Street, Aberdeen, presently occupied by Mr. C. G. Elrick, Manufacturer. The house contains large Dining rooms, Drawing rooms, Parlour, Conservatory, Five large Bedrooms, Nursery, Kitchen accommodation, and also large Garden and suitable outside premises.
The house is in first-class order, and convenient in every way for a large family. Mr Clark will grant cards to see through the house, and further particulars will be learned on application to him, and the Title Deeds and Articles of Roup exhibited by him.
